Title: Technical Support and Training Technician
Job Highlights
We are looking for someone who is PASSIONATE about Building Science, HVAC, improving built environments, and looking at the House-as-a-system! Primary responsibilities include offering technical support to our users, developing materials and providing training, as well as creating content for digital marketing and social media. This role will work closely with the technical support and training leader, as well as the engineering and building science team at TEC. Ideal candidates are knowledgeable in building science principles, and have experience with our our equipment. Experience in creating training curriculum, digital marketing and social media are beneficial. This is an in-office role in Oakdale, MN and reports to the Technical Support & Training Manager.
