Fillable PDFs in Firefox

If you are trying to fill out the Equipment Return Form online and you’re using FireFox, you may need to enable this feature. To do this, follow these simple steps.
On the Menu bar, click on Tools

1. Select Options
2. Click on the Applications tab
3. Scroll down to Portable Document Format and select it
4. A dropdown menu will appear in the right column. Click on that and select Use Adobe Acrobat (in FireFox)
5. Click OK and refresh your browser. Navigate back to the Equipment Return Form and you should be able to fill it out online.
