Fill out the rental application and email it to [email protected].
TEC will contact you to discuss the project and verify all your project needs are met prior to quoting equipment rental.
After confirming the project requirements and dates, TEC will send a rental agreement to reserve your 15-business day rental.
Reservation dates can be moved with no penalty if the change is completed more than 15 business days prior to the reservation date.
If you already have the gear, but your project is delayed or more time is needed, please contact TEC as soon as possible to arrange an extension and avoid late fees. Extensions are subject to availability.
